If you change your mind about contributing to this Web site for any reason, FRIENDS OF MIKE DELPH is happy to honor your decision, as long as you request a refund (return of contribution) within 24 hours of the time and date on which you made the contribution, with the exception of election day, that is relevant to that campaign or election. The refund itself will not be made until the contributed funds have been credited to the specific bank account or the client. All contributions made after the fact are the sole responsibility of the client, campaign, organization, corporation, and individual.
